But Ms. Linh's passion for hospitality extended far beyond selling tickets. She found joy in the small acts of kindness – escorting guests to the train station, ensuring they were comfortable, and sending them off with a warm smile and well-wishes for their journey.

These small gestures made a big difference. Tourists, often overwhelmed by the vibrant chaos of Vietnam, found comfort in Ms. Linh’s attentive care. It was in these moments that the seed of Tam An Travel was planted.
