Terms of use

1. The Contract

A contract will be signed once you proceed successfully with our booking procedure including accepting our itinerary or proposal, and paying the deposit.

We reserve the right to terminate the contract in case:

- Customer's behavior, manner or action cause offence to our company, our site or other partners.

- Unpredicted conditions of weather, natural disasters and spreading diseases take place in the area that you plan to visit. In this case, we will contact you for further information.

2. Payment

To ensure that both parties will fulfill their obligations, we propose some detailed conditions for payment as follows:

a - Credit card fee:

All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. The remaining balance shall be settled when you arrive in Hanoi and if you decide to settle the balance by credit card, the 3% fee will be added.

b - Deposit: A deposit of 30-50% of the total tour cost or full payment may be required. The deposit percentage will be determined based on your specific tour. Payment must be made through one of our available online payment methods. Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours of payment receipt. No processing fee applies to deposit payments.

c - Final Payment: Full payment must be completed at least 2 days before your arrival in Vietnam. Payment upon arrival is only permitted in special cases with prior written agreement from both parties. Credit card payments for final balance may incur a 3% processing fee.

3. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation fees of booking are levied on all local suppliers as all cruise/hotel carriers and other contractors apply their own cancellation policy. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual contractor under the Rate & Availability tab.

Cancellation by the contractors for reasons related to a situation of force majeure, such as government restriction or regulation, health, natural disasters, acts of God, etc., customers will be refunded the amount depending on circumstances. If the tour has yet to take place, a full refund will be made. If the tour is ongoing, a partial refund will be made.

No refunds or exchanges can be made while the tour is ongoing and the customer decides to opt out. If you do not use any of the service, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.

4. Alternatives

While we work diligently to secure all proposed services for our clients, we reserve the right to make changes of equivalent services if transportation or accommodation becomes fully booked. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. If we cannot provide the confirmed services, we will offer an alternative service or departure date based on availability. Should the alternative date or service not meet your needs, a full refund will be provided.

5. Hotel room/ Cruise cabin arrangement

All rooms/cabins arrangements are at complete disposal by hotel/ cruise operator. We are not to be held responsible for any purposive arrangement of your cabin. If you have any special request (such as cabins on the same level, next to each other, non-smoking, etc) please email us at time of booking.

6. Disclaimers

From time to time there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions about product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
