1. When is the best time for beach vacation in Vietnam?

Vietnam's elongated geography creates varied climate conditions from north to south. Hence, the best time depends on which part you desire to spend your beach vacation. North (Halong, Cat Ba): Best from April to June thanks to warm temperatures, minimal rainfall, clear skies, and gentle sunshine, perfect for swimming and kayaking. Central (Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang): Best from April to July thanks to dry, sunny weather, little rain, ideal for swimming and coral diving. South (Phu Quoc, Con Dao, Mui Ne, Vung Tau): Best from November to April thanks to dry conditions, lots of sunshine, low rainfall and humidity, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

2. How long does it take from Hanoi to Sapa?

It takes you around 5.5 - 7 hours by bus and 8-9 hours by train from Hanoi to Sapa.

3. Is there any cruise from Halong to Hue?

No. Halong Bay Cruise is only for sightseeing and exploring Halong.

4. What activities are there in the Mekong Delta?

The Mekong Delta is famous for its floating markets, where you can join rowing boat tours to experience river life and bustling local trading activities, and fruit orchards where you'll meet hospitable locals, taste fresh tropical fruits, and immerse yourself in local culture. You can also visit pagodas and temples or explore beautiful natural reserves like Tra Su Cajuput Forest and Tram Chim National Park.

5. Is May suitable to visit Hue?

While May isn't as ideal as February to April (the best time to visit Hue), it is the beginning of the hot season, with temperatures and humidity still relatively comfortable for sightseeing. May is also an excellent time to enjoy beautiful beaches like Lang Co or Thuan An. However, the hot season starts with more frequent rain, so you should pack rain gear for a smooth trip.
